Dave is one of our adept Site Managers at CMB Construction, who has been an integral part of our team for 13+ years, and he has been a part of the team since the beginning in 2010. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our projects.

Dave doesn't have a specific favorite project but thrives on challenges, especially in woodworking, enjoying every opportunity to delve into unexplored woodworking techniques.

As a lifelong resident of Northern Michigan, he appreciates the region's charm, particularly the distinct four seasons and the pristine environment of Traverse City.

In the realm of custom home building, Dave finds immense pleasure in crafting intricate built-ins, custom closets, wood walls and ceilings. His specialty lies in executing detailed and elaborate woodworking tasks, adding unique character to our projects.

Beyond construction, Dave surprises many with his passion for cooking, a unique interest that perfectly complements his skill set and adds a flavorful touch to his versatile personality.
